1. How long do the Weekend, Deluxe and Ultra kits last?
   The Weekend Kit is designed to last about 3-4 days.
   The Deluxe Kit is designed to last 4-6 weeks.
   The Ultra Kit is designed to last 7-8 weeks.
   
   
2. Do I need a toner to round out the skin care regime of the Wrinkle Ease Kit?
   No. The Naturience Wrinkle Ease Kit has a toner built-in to the Kiwi Chamomile Cleanser and is PH balanced.
   
   
3. How do the different steps FEEL on your skin?
   Step 1 - Kiwi Chamomile Cleanser: feels gentle and smooth and creamy with mild suds.
   Step 2 - Silkscrub: feels silky with gentle, "sand-type" exfoliants.
   Step 3 - Wrinkle-Ease Mask: feels thick and glides on smooth. Expect a very warm, tingling sensation for a minute or so when applying.
   Step 4 - Antioxidant Replenishing Gelée: feels cool and gel-like and absorbs quickly.
   Step 5 - Wrinkle-Ease Replenishing Moisturizer: Feels creamy and luxurious and well balanced - not oily.
   Final Perfecting Step - Perfecting Patches: Has a slight cooling feeling. Feels smooth and light.
   
   
4. My skin feels so smooth after using the Wrinkle-Ease Mask; Do I need to use the Silkscrub the day after using the mask?
   No. In fact, it's not necessary to use the Silkscrub the day or two after using the Wrinkle-Ease Mask.
   
   
5. Can I use the Wrinkle-Ease Mask sooner than every 7 days?
   Many of our clients use the mask once every 5 days.
   
   
6. Can I use the Gelée after I have make-up on?
   Yes. In fact, the Antioxidant Replenishing Gelée was designed to be used anytime as a quick re-hydrating, non-oily skin tightener/conditioner.
   
   
7. Do I absolutely HAVE to use the Wrinkle-Ease Replenishing Moisturizer before the Perfecting Patches?
   Yes. It is both an activator and skin/eye protector for the Perfecting Patches.
   
   
8. Will I break out by trying this kit?
   Skin types are different and will react differently. The most important element for skin care is consistency. If your skin is sensitive to change, do not mix other skin care regimes together. Also, since other elements such as diet, hormones, stress and environment are factors which can affect skin condition and break outs, using the products consistently for a longer period of time will better determine which factor might be the real cause of break outs. Your dermatologist will best help you determine the cause of breakouts for you, including any allergies. However, discontinue use if irritation or sensitivity occurs.
   
   
9. Even though I am not a teenager anymore, I still experience breakouts on my face. Can I use the Wrinkle-Ease Kit with blemishes on my face?
   Everyone's skin is different and some find that the Wrinkle-Ease Mask will diminish blemishes. The Deluxe and Ultra Kits offer the Perfecting Patches in the full sheet size, which includes small round and oval patches designed just to help diminish blemishes. The Antioxidant Replenishing Gelée offers antibacterial properties that aid in keeping blemishes away. But it's always best to test a new product on a small area first.
   
   
10. I have rosacea. Is the Wrinkle-Ease Kit compatible with this condition?
    Many of our customers have rosacea and they love the Wrinkle-Ease Kit because they say their skin looks more even-toned and smoother when using it. It is common for the skin to be temporarily flushed, red or slightly shiny after using the Silkscrub or Wrinkle-Ease Mask, but the redness and super smooth shine should fade within 20 minutes to 2 hours. However, consult with your doctor or discontinue use, if this makes you uncomfortable or the redness does not fade quickly enough for you.
    
    
11. Do I need more sunscreen during the day if I do all the steps of the kit?
    The Wrinkle-Ease Replenishing Moisturizer contains SPF 15, but depending on the time of year and intensity of the sun, dermatologists recommend reapplying often for maximum sun protection (including wearing sunscreen and a hat) for the best anti-aging/healthy skin regime.
    
    
12. What do I do after using the Wrinkle-Ease Mask?
    After the mask is completely removed and face is rinsed with cool water, use the Antioxidant Replenishing Gelée and finish with moisturizer. You may also choose to use the Perfecting Patches. Then apply make-up as usual.
    
    
13. How exactly do you use the Perfecting Patches?
    Use following steps 1-5. Apply the Wrinkle-Ease Replenishing Moisturizer all over the face and neck allowing it to soak in to the skin. Then gently peel the Patch from the soft card and place on any areas with wrinkles or creases like under and around the eye area and on top of smile and frown lines. Smooth the skin by pulling very slightly taut, placing the Patch onto the smoothed surface. Smooth over the Patch with fingers.
    
    
14. Are there any limitations as to what I can do while wearing the Perfecting Patches?
    Yes, if wearing the Patches around the mouth, it's very difficult to eat or do a lot of talking, as the Patches may come off. (You may find yourself smoothing them back on frequently.) It's also not recommended doing a lot of exercise, as perspiration will cause them to fall off.
    
    
15. How long do the dramatic effects of the Perfecting Patches last?
    This temporary dramatic effect of smoothed out wrinkles should last about 6-8 hours. Just enough time for a special event, party, reunion, or even to schedule photography.
    
    
16. Will the Patches work if I only wear them 1 hour?
    The Perfecting Patches are designed to be worn for at least 2 hours, and even overnight while sleeping. But you may still see some effect after only 1 hour, too.
    
    
17. What if the Perfecting Patches fall off while wearing them?
    Simply reapply them to the same or different spot by smoothing them back on.
    
    
18. Can I take the Patches off and reapply them during the wearing time of 2 hours to overnight?
    Yes.
    
    
19. What do I do after using the Perfecting Patches?
    Simply apply makeup as usual, and enjoy your "Wrinkle-Eased" skin.
    
    
20. Can men use the Naturience Wrinkle-Ease Kit?

21. I am in my late 20's and my skin is just starting to show fine lines, Do I need the "Naturience Wrinkle-Ease Kit" or the "Naturience Wrinkle-Resist Kit"?
    The "Wrinkle-Resist Kit" is a great way to start resisting wrinkles before they become too apparent. The "Naturience Wrinkle-Ease Kit" is designed for more mature skin. Note: the "Naturience Wrinkle-Resist Kit" will be available in the U.S. soon.
